This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how it may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such uses and disclosures. Animator - AI photo dance is one of our applications (usually referred to as Animator) that uses AI technology to serve our users and entertain them through simple AI technology. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully before using Animator (our “application”,“Software”or“App”) or services (our “Services”). Photo and Face Data Questions

- What face data does your app collect?

We do not collect permanent face data or biometric identifiers. When you upload a photo to generate animation videos or dance effects, our algorithms and AI processors detect temporary facial landmarks and proportion points (e.g., coordinates of eyes, nose, and mouth contours) strictly to map body movement and facial animation. This technical data is not used to authenticate, identify, or track unique individuals across sessions. After the analyzing process ends, all data will be deleted, no data will be saved.

- How do you use the collected face data? Provide a complete and clear explanation of all planned uses of this data.

We do not collect and store any face data. The program measures facial proportion in the user's photos, analyzing and fusing facial features, and generates processed photos and animation videos to the users. Temporary facial data is processed solely in real time to generate the requested user-directed visual animation. It is never used for marketing, facial recognition databases, or advertising profiling. All face data and photos will be automatically deleted when the user exits editing or once the generation task is completed.

- Will the data be shared with any third parties? Where will this information be stored?

Except for the essential, encrypted transmission to our computational partners strictly to execute the generation (specifically Google LLC for AI synthesis and Amazon Web Services for transient cloud infrastructure as detailed in Section 3 and Section 4), your visual content and face data will NOT be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties. Under no circumstances is face data shared with analytics or advertising partners (such as Firebase or Meta). Photos and facial landmark points are processed ephemerally in volatile memory on our secure servers and deleted immediately after processing; no face data is permanently stored.

- How long will face data be retained?

Visual media and temporary facial coordinates are retained only for the transient window necessary to calculate and output the requested video animation (typically within a few seconds to minutes). Once the process is finished, all associated information is permanently deleted from volatile memory, and no data is retained.

- Where in your privacy policy do you explain your app's collection, use, disclosure, sharing, and retention of face data? Identify the specific sections in your privacy policy where this information is located.

1.What kinds of information we collect from you?

There are two general categories of information we will process:

1) Information may be automatically collected

when you use or access the Software and the Service, some information about you may be automatically collected as follows:

• Device & Technical Data. We may use Cocoa Touch API and authorized SDKs to collect device data regarding your language settings, time zone, type of device, device settings, operating system, ISP or your mobile carrier, hardware ID, or country. Our purpose is to provide you with better Service. This includes use of personal data to support delivery of the Service under Terms of Service, to ensure that content provided by App is presented in the most effective manner, to prevent or address service errors or technical issues. We will collect a non-personally identifying unique identifier from Apple in order to link your use of the app for billing through iTunes and for advertising purposes (subject to your App Tracking Transparency permission).

• Subscription Information. We may use API provided by Apple Store to collect information about your subscription orders, such as purchase items, subscription time, order status, payment time. We do not collect and we are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored using third-party companies (such as Apple). These companies can be contacted through their websites: https://www.apple.com. Before entering your personal payment details, we suggest that you read and become familiar with the privacy policy of these third-party companies.

2) Information that you provide to us

• Support Related Information. If you communicate with us via our support section or via email, we may collect your email address voluntarily submitted.

• Camera, Photos and Facial Features Information. In order to use some of the features of the Software, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the camera or photo album to obtain photos in your mobile device. Only if you confirm the permission, will we gain access to your camera and album.

When you choose an image to generate dance videos or face animations, we analyze the facial landmark positions and body contours solely to calculate the motion trajectory and apply visual animation effects. We do NOT extract biometric faceprints or identify any physical individual. Except for transient transmission to our verified cloud and AI infrastructure partners (Amazon Web Services and Google Gemini API) solely to render the output, we neither store visual media on permanent storage nor share user photos or facial data with any other third parties (including our analytics and advertising partners). Uploaded photos, facial coordinates, and generated results are purged immediately after the output is delivered to your device.

We will not save or collect any persistent personal information you provided when you use our App. The animations or content generated from the App when you use our Service will not be permanently stored on our server and cannot be used to define who you are.

2. How we use your information?

1) The main reason we use your information is to deliver and improve the Service. Read on for a more detailed explanation of the various reasons we use your information:

• to operate and update the Software and the Service, and provide you with existing and new functionality and features;

• to improve and customize the Software and the Service;

• to maintain, test, monitor and improve the quality and operation of the Software;

• to notify you of the Software and the Service updates;

• to provide you with support and handle your complaints and/or feedback;

• to take any action in case of a dispute involving you in connection with the Software and the Service;

• to comply and satisfy any applicable law regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.

If any new purposes for processing your information arise we will let you know we start to process information on that other purpose by introducing the corresponding changes to this Privacy policy.

3. Third-Party AI Processing and Cloud Infrastructure Providers

To deliver high-performance video animation, human pose alignment, and image motion generation, our App relies on industry-leading cloud infrastructure and artificial intelligence service providers. We disclose our computational partners and operational boundaries as follows:

1)Cloud Infrastructure & Hosting Partner (Amazon Web Services - AWS):

• Role: We utilize Amazon Web Services Inc. (AWS) to host our backend microservices, manage transient queuing, and run secure compute instances.

• Data Scope: User-selected photos and system metadata are temporarily routed through encrypted AWS virtual private cloud (VPC) environments.

• Security & Storage: All network traffic is encrypted via TLS 1.3 in transit and stored ephemerally with AES-256 encryption at rest. AWS operates strictly as a cloud infrastructure provider under our direct control; AWS does not retain or access user content for independent purposes.

2)AI & Computational Inference Partner (Google LLC - Google Gemini API):

• Role: We integrate Google Gemini API as our verified third-party AI partner to execute image completion, human motion simulation, and animation rendering.

• Data Transmitted: Only the specific photo or image actively uploaded by you for a generation task is transmitted via secure, authenticated endpoints. We never transmit your full photo library, device contacts, or location data.

• Purpose Limitation & Prohibition on AI Model Training: The data shared is strictly used for real-time video generation and animation rendering requested by you. We explicitly guarantee that neither we nor Google LLC use your personal photos, facial imagery, or generated outputs to train, retrain, improve, or evaluate general machine learning/AI models. Google processes user data strictly as a processor on our behalf.

• Data Retention: Uploaded visual data is cached strictly in volatile memory for the brief period necessary to calculate the requested animation and is automatically purged upon completion of the generation task. No visual data is persistently saved.

Contractual Safeguards and Equivalent Level of Protection:

Pursuant to Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.2(i), we contractually obligate our infrastructure and AI service providers (AWS and Google LLC) to adhere to stringent data protection standards, including standard Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) and European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Both providers maintain security safeguards and privacy protections that are equal to or higher than those outlined in this Privacy Policy, complying with GDPR, CCPA, and Apple platform policies.

4. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising SDKs

To maintain application stability, evaluate feature engagement, and attribute marketing campaigns, our App incorporates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs). We strictly enforce data isolation: No facial feature data, user photos, or AI generation outputs are EVER shared with or accessible to analytics or advertising SDKs.

Product Analytics: Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC)

• Data Collected: Firebase collects non-identifiable usage statistics, such as app launch counts, screen views, feature interactions (e.g., tap on 'Generate'), in-app purchase events, session duration, and device technical properties (device model, operating system version).

• Purpose: This aggregated data is used solely to detect software crashes, assess product performance, and optimize user experience.

• Isolation: Firebase Analytics does not have access to your camera, photos, or facial landmarks.

Attribution & Ad Measurement: Meta Business SDK (Meta Platforms, Inc.)

• Data Collected: With your explicit permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, Meta may process app events (e.g., installation, subscription completion) alongside mobile advertising identifiers (IDFA) and network IP addresses.

• Purpose: To measure the effectiveness of our user acquisition campaigns and attribute subscriptions accurately.

• User Choice & ATT: If you choose "Ask App not to Track" in the iOS ATT prompt, we do not read or share your IDFA with Meta. You may modify your tracking preferences at any time in iOS Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Tracking.

• Isolation: Meta SDK is entirely physically separated from our AI rendering pipeline. Meta never receives, processes, or inspects any user-uploaded photos, animations, or facial data.

5. How your information may be shared

We will not share any personal information that we have collected from you except for the following events:

1) Service Providers and Computational Partners: As detailed in Sections 3 and 4, we share data solely with Amazon Web Services (cloud infrastructure), Google LLC (AI rendering), Google Firebase (analytics), and Meta Platforms (attribution), under strict contractual data protection agreements.

2) Legal Requirements: If we are required by law to disclose your information, we may share your information with law enforcement or other competent authorities and any third party, as may be required (e.g., to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; to respond to claims or satisfy any legal process, subpoena, or governmental request; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our users, its partners, or the general public);

3) Business Transfers: In the event we go through a business transition such as a merger or acquisition by another company, consolidation, change of control, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information will be among the assets transferred;

We may also share personal information with our subsidiaries, affiliated and parent companies, but their use of such information must comply with the applicable data protection laws and this Privacy Policy.

6. Transfer of data outside your territory

1) We work in the international space and provide the Software to our users around the world. We and our verified infrastructure, analytics, and AI partners (such as AWS and Google) may transfer the automatically processed information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.

2) Where you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, as required by law, we ensure appropriate safeguards are implemented—such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission—to protect your personal data during international transfers.

7. How long we maintain your personal information?

We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us and to comply with our legal obligations. As stated in Sections 1 and 3, user-uploaded photos and temporary facial landmarks are processed ephemerally and wiped immediately after video rendering is completed.

However, some technical log information or transaction identifiers may still be stored for a limited period if necessary to comply with legal obligations (taxation, accounting, audit) or to maintain system integrity, combat fraud, and resolve technical issues.

8. Third Party Websites or App

There are a number of places on our Services where you may click on a link to access other websites or apps that do not operate by us. For example, if you click on an advertisement on our Services, you may be taken to a website or app that we do not control. Such third-party websites or apps may independently solicit and collect information, including personal information, from you. We are not responsible for the information practices or content of third-party platforms. We recommend that you consult the privacy statements of all third-party destinations you visit.

9. How we protect your personal information

We take security measures including administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. All data transmitted between your device, our AWS infrastructure, and Google AI endpoints is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2/1.3) and HTTPS protocols. Inactive data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although we take rigorous steps to secure your information, we do not guarantee that your personal information will always remain impenetrable.

10. Right of access, modification and deletion of your information

In compliance with legal provisions (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to access, rectify, export, and delete your personal information processed by us. In order to exercise these rights, please contact us through the email displayed below. We will respond to your verified request within the timeframe required by applicable laws.

11. Privacy policy concerning children

The Services offered by us are not intended for children under 13 or other statutory minimum age according to the applicable laws in your jurisdiction (the “Minimum Age”). Anyone under the Minimum Age should not use the Service. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the Minimum Age. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under the Minimum Age without verified parental consent, we will take immediate measures to purge the corresponding data from our systems.
