Photo and Face Data Questions

We do not collect face data. After the analyzing process ends all data will be deleted, no data will be saved.

We do not collect and store any face data. The program measures facial proportion in the user's photos, analyzing and fusing facial features, and generated processed photos to the users. All face data and photos will be automatically deleted when the user exits editing or exits functions.

1.What kinds of information we collect from you?
There are two general categories of information we will process:
1) Information may be automatically collected
when you use or access the Software and the Service, some information about you may be automatically collected as follows:
(1) Device Data. We may use Cocoa Touch API to collect device data regarding your language settings, time zone, type of device, device settings, operating system, ISP or your mobile carrier, hardware ID, or country. Our purpose is to provide you with better Service. This includes use of personal data to support delivery of the Service under Terms of Service, to ensure that content provided by App is presented in the most effective manner, to prevent or address service errors or technical issues.We will collect a non-personally identifying unique identifier from Apple in order to link your use of the app for billing through iTunes and for advertising purposes.
(2)We may use API provided by Apple Store to collect information about your subscription orders, such as purchase items, subscription time, order status, payment time. We do not collect and we are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored using third-party companies (such as Apple). These companies can be contacted through their websites: https://www.apple.com. Before entering your personal payment details, we suggest that you read and become familiar with the privacy policy of these third-party companies.
2) Information that you provide to us
(1)Support Related Information. If you communicate with us via our support section or via email, we may collect your email address voluntarily submitted.
(2)Camera, Photos and Facial Features Information. In order to use some of the features of the Software, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the camera or photo album to obtain photo in your mobile device. Only if you confirm the permission, will we gain access to your camera and album. When you use certain face recognition functions,we will use our own sdk to analyze the facial features information, automatically capture the position of the face in the photos, and process the photos, feedback the effect drawing to you. We capture the facial features information only for operating the face recognition functions and providing better effect drawing for you. For such photos, facial features information and effect drawing, we will neither store in our server nor share them with any third parties after processing.
We will not save or collect any information you provided when you use our App. The report generated from the App when you use our Service will not save in our server and cannot be used to define who you are.
2. How we use your information?
1) The main reason we use your information is to deliver and improve the Service. Read on for a more detailed explanation of the various reasons we use your information:
l to operate and update the Software and the Service, and provide you with existing and new functionality and features;

1) We work in the international space and provide the Software to our users around the world.
